Description
The D 3500 is similar to the D 3400 but features a bass-cut switch for the suppression of low-frequency noise (-10 dB at 100 Hz).
Features include cardioid pattern, neutral frequency response, carefully tailored bass roll-off for close-up miking distortion-free handling of extremely loud sound pressure levels, integrated stand adapter.
Unlike most instrument mics, both the D 3400 and the D 3500 use shock mounts for the transducer and integrated stand adapter for handling noise suppression. The benefit of this feature on stage is a clean low end.
